Step 1: Log in to cPanel

To gain access to cPanel, kindly provide your designated username and account password during the login process.

 

 

Step 2: Press BoxTrapper

Please access the BoxTrapper link located within the Email section.

 

 

Step 3: Click the Manage Option

To proceed, navigate to the "Manage Option" within the actions column.

 

 

Step 4: Select Edit Confirmation Messages

To customize your BoxTrapper settings, navigate to the BoxTrapper Configuration page and select the 'Edit Confirmation Messages' option.

 

 

Step 5: Press Edit

After that, you can view the list of blacklisted, verified, released, and returned-verify messages. To personalize any of these messages, click the Edit button adjacent to the selected one.

 

 

Step 6: Press Save

You now have the ability to modify the content of the message. Remember to retain the "verify#%msgid%" text in the subject line. Additionally, ensure that any text enclosed within percentage signs (%) remains unchanged, for example, "%if can_verify_web%". To complete the procedure, please select the Save button.
