When you sign up for the Premium Spam Filtering option, you will need to update your cPanel configuration to allow email messages to be received from the spam filtering servers. This is done by whitelisting the relevant IP addresses.

To whitelist the premium spam filtering servers, please follow these steps:

  1. Open a web browser and connect to your cPanel Control Panel located at https://ip address:2087.
  2. Login as the Administrator using the information sent to you in your setup email.
  3. From the Service Configuration menu, click Exim Configuration Editor.
  4. Click Edit for Whitelist: Bypass SMTP time sender verifcation checks.
  5. Add the following IP ranges to the whitelist:
    • 64.10.0.0/20
    • 207.126.144.0/20
  6. Click Save.
