Not happy with the answer you received from Customer Support Team? Escalate the ticket to WebSouls Management!
Here is the ticket escalation procedure;
- Login to Client Area. Don’t you have credentials of Client Area? Click upon “Request a Password Reset” it will send you new credentials to your authorized email ID.
- Navigate to relevant ticket.
- There an option appears “Escalate Ticket” at top of ticket response chain. Add your additional comments and escalate.
