2014 was special year at WebSouls. We have fulfilled most of our ideas and we have established our system that we planned at starting of 2014. 

We would like to mention few but most important achievements of 2014;

Partnership Achievements;

  • CloudLinux announced WebSouls as official partner.
  • We’re now official partner of Softaculous.
  • Cloud Flair announced us official partner.


Infrastructure Improvement;

  • We upgraded all of our servers to 10 time faster hardware.
  • We established advance monitoring system for pro-active approach.
  • We written tons of scripts in bash & perl language to automate our processes.
  • We automate number of things and provided access to our valued customers within their client area so they can take actions as per their need.
  • We improved our scanning system.
  • We have designed High Available & Load Balancing solutions.
  • Especially we worked a lot for improvement of email service and results are with you.


Customer Services Improvement;

  • WebSouls Management is now directly involved at customer support ticket level. Customers can record their feedback on each ticket after closing and WebSouls Management will take necessary action on it accordingly.
  • Our valued clients can escalate tickets directly to WebSouls Management from their client area if they are not happy with response of technical team. 


Highlights of 2015 Plans;

  • We have planned to launch new website with latest technologies and cutting edge design.
  • It is part of our plan to start offering web development services in a unique way – will be something new in local market.
  • Establish Affiliate Commission structure with new planning and attractive commissions.
  • Routine system improvements will be carryon with same pace.
  • We have planned to design and establish our own data center.
