You might aware with this feature that you can change your domain’s Name Server and Whois information from within your client area. Follow the instructions given at below URL in order to change Name Servers or Whois information successfully. But you cannot change registrant name from client area.

Go to this URL https://billing.websouls.com/clientarea.php and click on “Request a Password Reset” put your authorized email ID and follow the instructions and you can reset the password.
