Not happy with the answer you received from Customer Support Team? Escalate the ticket to WebSouls Management. Below is the ticket escalation procedure;
- Login to client area at https://billing.websouls.com//clientarea.php. Don’t you have credentials of client area? Click upon “Request a Password Reset” it will send you new password to your authorized email ID.
- Navigate to relevant ticket.
- There an option appears “Escalate to Management” at top of ticket response chain. Add your comments and escalate.
Even if you don’t have opened the ticket and not happy with the telephonic conversation or live chat response of our Team Member, please record your feedback to us at https://billing.websouls.com/submitticket.php
