As you might have noticed Yesterday that domains which are hosted on IP (37.187.73.90) had experienced some service downgrade issues. Root cause of this incident was server’s hardware and it was restricting boot loader to initiate freely. It was really sensitive matter so our Level-III technicians were engaged immediately and they took necessary steps to keep situation in control. To keep things in control and stable in future too, our technicians highly recommend to replace hardware and so we are going to migrate this machine without wasting any further time to provide better and satisfactory level of services that our valued customers expect from us. We setup new server machine which is doubled in resources what the existing have and it will surely create an impact in service.
We have planned this move in such a way that no down time should occur for any of our valued customer; but if you face any issue in this process our support team will be available as usual. Please note if you are facing email problem in outlook after server migration, you should need to change incoming and outgoing mail servers, please replace them with new mail IP (88.99.66.136) since IP's will change in the back end.
Note: if you are using SMTP server of your ISP e.g smtp.ptcl.net or smtp.wateen.com than do not change them at all and leave them as it is.
If you are using Cloudflare’s or other DNS services, please update A record with new IP (88.99.66.136).
