How to fix 503 valid RCPT command must precede DATA?

A very common error occurs in your outlook sometimes which is "503 valid RCPT command must precede DATA". The error occurs when your SMTP port is not responding properly. You can fix it by simply following below steps:

Step-1:

Open outlook and account settings as shown in below image;

Step-2:

Click on "more settings" and go to advanced tab and change the SMTP port if it is 25 change to 26 and vice versa.
