Plesk can redirect a domain or subdomain, but not a specific page.
If doing it through Plesk, you will create the domain (or subdomain). Then, under "hosting options", you will select forwarding or Frame forwarding. Enter the destination and now open up a browser and type the created domain; you will be redirected.
There may be times when you would like a specific page of your website to be redirected to another page. If you would like a specific URL to be redirected to another page, please use a website script or code. Here is a source of such codes:
