Websouls provide email services with every HOSTING PACKAGE. You can create email address and set mail box quota or you can set unlimited. You can also set password or reassign quota or suspend the email address.
In order to create new email account in Cpanel, follow the instructions below:
Step-1:
Login to your Cpanel by using below link http://yourdomainname.tld/cpanel
Step-2:
Go to “Email” section and select “Email Accounts”.
Step-3:
Now click on “Add Email Account”.
Step-4:
There are four fields Cpanel asks for when creating an email account.
Step-5:
- Email: Type desired email address name.
- Domain: Select the domain from drop down menu for which you wish to create email address.
- Password: Select strong password but it is recommended to select generated password.
- Mailbox Quota: Select the desired mail box size you want to assign or you can also set it to unlimited.
