All unsuccessfull login attempts are being recorded and if you have more than 4 failed login attempts in your cpanel,ftp and email, the security software of our servers will think that there is a brute force attack coming from that IP and will automatically block this IP. Once this happens you will be denied access to your website,cpanel,ftp and emails.
In case you blocked yourself by mistake you can firstly check what your IP is, then submit this in an online helpdesk ticket for our system administrator to check.
