Follow these steps to change DNS or Whois Info of your domains;
Step-1:
To do so, you need to get logged in to client area at https://billing.websouls.com/clientarea.php.
Don't you have client area credentials?
No problem! just visit this URL https://billing.websouls.com/clientarea.php and click on to “Forgot Password” as marked in below picture;
Put your authorized email ID and follow the instructions and you can reset the password easily. System will generate an email at your authorzied email ID with Client Area Credentials. Then again open https://billing.websouls.com/clientarea.php and enter your client area credentials and move on;
Step-2:
After getting logged in, go to Domains as marked in below picture;
Step-3:
Now click on to domain name which whois info/DNS you want to change as described in below picture;
Step-4:
Now click on to "Nameservers" if you want to change name servers or click on to "Contact Information" if you want to change Whois Information as described in below picture;
Step-5:
Enter your name servers and click on to "Change Nameservers" and you're done!
Changing Whois information is very easy as well. Simply follow the steps below in order to change the Whois information:
Step-1:
Assuming that you have logged in to the client area , Please click on the domains as shown in below image.
Step-2:
Click on the drop-down as shown in below image:
Step-3:
Click on "Edit Contact Information" as shown in below image:
Step-4:
Provide the details in the fields that you wish to change as shown in below image:
NOTE: You cannot change Full Name in "Registrant Contact Section". In order to change it you have to email at sales@websouls.com.
NOTE: You cannot change whois & name servers of .pk domains from client area. It is rectricted by registry of .pk domains. However you can Open Ticket for changing Nameservers of .PK domains and our team will do it at your behalf.
